Compensation & Benefits: Compensation will consist of a base salary, plus commission. A successful candidate will earn $80 - $120k first year with the potential of earning over $200k annually. What You'll Do: - Research, identify, and engage prospective clients including general contractors, purchasing agents, and property owners’ representatives. - Build genuine relationships that help clients see Pure Logistics as a trusted partner for their FF&E logistics and project management needs. - Drive new business opportunities in hospitality, senior living, and student housing, creating pipelines for projects of varying size and complexity. - Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional client experiences. - Leverage digital tools (CRM, email, LinkedIn, calls) to manage outreach and relationship tracking in a structured, consistent way. What You Bring: - Authentic relationship-building and active listening skills that open doors with decision makers. - Strong B2B sales background, ideally with consultative or solution-based selling experience. - High level of initiative and discipline to work independently in a remote environment. - Curiosity and persistence—comfortable learning new industries and understanding client challenges. - Experience in logistics, construction, or related industries a plus, but not required. Do you love opening doors, getting to the decision maker, and turning cold conversations into real opportunities? Pure Logistics is looking for a proven sales hunter who lives for prospecting and can build a new book of FF&E logistics business from the ground up. You will focus primarily on bringing in new customers, not nurturing/maintaining existing accounts. At Pure Logistics, you’ll join a small, experienced, mostly virtual team that handles complex FF&E projects for senior living, student housing, hospitality, and similar environments. You will have high autonomy, clear expectations, and direct access to leadership—and you will be measured on the quality and volume of new opportunities you create and close. Key Accountabilities: - Proactively identify and cold‑call decision makers (owners, developers, construction and procurement leaders) to generate new, qualified opportunities. - Build and manage a robust pipeline, from first contact through proposal and close, for FF&E projects. - Consistently work outbound tactics (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) with high activity and disciplined follow‑up. - Collaborate with leadership and operations to shape solutions, pricing, and proposals that convert opportunities into new business. - Use of AI to improve efficiencies and processes. What success looks like: - Real, qualified project opportunities in the first 90 days. - $500,000+ in new business closed in the first 12 months. What you must bring: - Documented success in a hunting sales role (ideally logistics, FF&E, construction, or project‑based B2B services), including examples of business you personally originated and closed. - Demonstrated strength and success in cold outreach and getting to decision makers; you are comfortable with high call activity and persistent follow‑up. - Self‑sufficient working style: you set your own activity targets, manage your own pipeline, and do not need daily direction. - Strong communication, organization, and CRM discipline in a remote, tech‑enabled environment.
