• You will be responsible for building, activating and scaling partnerships with professional associations, medical societies and clinical networks — including all accompanying marketing, PR and communications activities. • Centrally coordinate campaigns via associations (B2B2B: Idana → association → practices) • Develop activation measures for member practices (e.g., webinar series, best practices, case studies) • Create scalable models for lead and license acquisition through association partnerships • Work closely with Sales to optimise conversion • Track partnership performance (leads, usage, adoption) • Establish clear documentation and reporting structures • Analyse partnership performance and continuously improve results • Manage campaigns and partnerships efficiently within a small, centrally coordinated setup
• Your mission is to reliably generate an increasing number of potential new customers each month and thereby support the company’s revenue targets. • You will do this by reaching out to interested physicians, practice managers and medical assistants (MFAs), actively listening to them, understanding their practice challenges, challenging their assumptions and mindsets, and convincing them to book a demo with your Account Executive. • Identify potential new customers • Make outbound phone contact • Manage the qualification process through to scheduling online demos • Accurately document your activities • Continuously question and optimize your approach
• Ensure smooth technical integrations between Idana and our customers' practice management software. • Independently perform integrations, resolve complex technical support cases, and help expand our knowledge base. • Conduct technical integration appointments with customers via remote support (TeamViewer/AnyDesk) independently. • Configure the interface between Idana and the respective PMS, test the connection, and ensure reliable operation. • Act as the point of contact for complex tickets that go beyond standard cases. • Identify recurring issues and drive automation and self-service solutions. • Improve internal documentation.
• Join a high-trust engineering team of 4 Fullstack Engineers. • Build, deploy (GitHub Actions), and monitor features. • Evolve Go-based backend and Terraform infra.
