Role Description Du sorgst dafür, dass LinkedIn für OnStage ein reproduzierbarer, skalierbarer Sales-Kanal wird. - Du bist maßgeblich an unserer nächsten Wachstumsphase beteiligt und sorgst dafür, dass OnStage konstant neue qualifizierte Leads & Kunden über LinkedIn gewinnt. Deine Aufgaben: LinkedIn Sales Development & Lead Generation - Aktiver LinkedIn-Outreach (DMs nach Vorgabe und System) - Strukturierte Follow-ups & Gesprächsführung (menschliches und authentisches Chatten mit der Zielgruppe) - Beziehungsaufbau & Social Selling (Kommentieren und Interagieren beim Zielpublikum im Feed) Qualifications - Sehr starke Social & Kommunikations-Skills - Sales-Affinität (erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Outreach oder Telefonverkauf von Vorteil) - Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise - LinkedIn- oder Social-Media-Erfahrung hilfreich, aber kein Muss Requirements - Du übernimmst 100 % Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse - Du hast kein Problem mit Outreach, Ablehnung oder Follow-ups - Du bist hungrig, leistungsorientiert und willst Geld verdienen - Du denkst unternehmerisch und lösungsorientiert - Du willst lernen, wachsen und langfristig Verantwortung übernehmen Benefits - 2.500 €/monat Fixgehalt + Provision = 50.000 € Zielgehalt - 100% Remote-Freiheit - Weiterbildung on the job -> Wir geben dir, was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein - Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Founder - Möglichkeit, langfristig mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen z.B. mit LinkedIn Content oder Sales Gesprächen

• Du entwickelst und schreibst YouTube-Skripte (Longform), die Aufmerksamkeit binden, Neugier erzeugen und Vertrauen aufbauen • Du denkst dich tief in Zielgruppe, Angebot und Markt unserer Kunden ein • Du recherchierst Themen, Thesen und Hooks, die im echten Markt funktionieren • Du nutzt KI-Tools als Unterstützung, um schneller zu recherchieren, zu strukturieren und bessere Texte zu schreiben - die Idee kommt von dir • Du überarbeitest und optimierst Skripte auf Basis von Feedback, Performance-Daten und Learnings • Du arbeitest eng mit Strategie und Editing zusammen, um Inhalte ganzheitlich zu verbessern

• You will make LinkedIn a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage. • You will play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn. • Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs following guidelines and systems) • Structured follow-ups and conversation management (genuine, human engagement when chatting with the target audience) • Relationship building & social selling (commenting on and interacting with the target audience in the feed)

• You ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage. • You play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure that OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads & customers via LinkedIn. • Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs following guidelines and a system) • Structured follow-ups & conversation management (humane and authentic chatting with the target audience) • Relationship building & social selling (commenting and interacting with the target audience in the feed)
