• Your mission is to reliably generate an increasing number of potential new customers each month and thereby support the company’s revenue targets. • You will do this by reaching out to interested physicians, practice managers and medical assistants (MFAs), actively listening to them, understanding their practice challenges, challenging their assumptions and mindsets, and convincing them to book a demo with your Account Executive. • Identify potential new customers • Make outbound phone contact • Manage the qualification process through to scheduling online demos • Accurately document your activities • Continuously question and optimize your approach

Job Requirements

  • Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably B2B SaaS and/or in the medical sector; applications from working students, recent graduates or career changers are also welcome
  • Ideally experience using a CRM, HubSpot experience is an advantage
  • You are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and are not discouraged by setbacks
  • You are an attentive listener with strong interpersonal instincts
  • You communicate openly and professionally, both written and verbally; you are confident and charismatic in conversations and comfortable with your pitch
  • You are a meticulous organizer
  • You are comfortable using technology and leverage it daily to your advantage
  • You enjoy working independently and autonomously, but you also contribute positively in team settings and meetings with openness, approachability and positive energy
  • You have a growth mindset — always asking “How can I improve?” — and you use and analyze personal insights from your work to do so
  • You have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
