Operations Analyst

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States • Complete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers • Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy • Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required • Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed • Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers • Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
