Operations Administrator
Avature
• Preparation of order confirmations and independent handling of delivery orders • Independent management and monitoring of the entire ordering process • Monitoring and adjustment of payment plans in SAP — always timely and precise • Coordination of transport and installation orders, including use of our transport management system • Project controlling: schedule and cost monitoring, reporting and KPI analysis • Review, approval and tracking of incoming invoices, including change order management • Close cooperation with project management in organizing construction sites
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management, ideally with experience in project execution or order processing & logistics
- Motivated career changers are also welcome
- Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills, team-oriented and a quick learner
- Solution-focused mindset, clear communication and enjoyment of customer contact
