Astreya
• Oversee the organization's daily business activities, focusing on Forward and Reverse Logistics operations • Manage resources, developing and implementing an operational plan, ensuring procedures are carried out properly • Regularly evaluate organizational efficiency and make changes to maximize staff productivity • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA targets for logistics operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies • Oversee inventory accuracy, including returns and forward stock, and focus on reducing wastage • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics • Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture • Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and nurture vendor relationships • Develop and present reports on logistics performance and support regional and global projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years' related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience must include managing logistics operations (forward and/or reverse)
- Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team
