• Support and enhance the company’s Workday Adaptive Planning environment —designing modeled sheets as needed. • Maintain complex calculation logic integrating data flows between Adaptive, Workday HCM/Finance, and other systems. • Serve as the bridge between FP&A and Application Services, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analytics.

• Lead end-to-end requirements analysis including elicitation, refinement, validation, and ongoing management of functional and non-functional requirements • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams • Analyse and design application-level architecture with a strong focus on APIs and system integrations • Define API requirements including contracts, request/response structures, error handling, and non-functional expectations • Model business processes, system workflows, and integration scenarios using BPMN and UML • Translate business needs into clear system specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support backlog management, prioritisation, and impact analysis across multiple components • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis work, improve documentation quality, and support architectural decisions • Support solution validation, internal testing, and production readiness activities • Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, APIs, and delivered functionality

• Function as a high-level technical support resource in VoIP telecommunications phone numbers, mobile device management, and dial plans. • Manage the agency telecommunications data and look to improve process and procedures through redundancy or automation where appropriate. • Utilize industry standard best practices and methodologies and provide knowledge transfer to other staff through both direct communication and formal documentation. • Help clients with roadmap to strategize multiyear plan to keep the systems effective with emerging technologies. • Maintain and provide day-to-day support in a 24x7-365 environment.
