Workday Business Systems Analyst
Addepar
• Configure Workday to meet clear business requirements and recommend improvements to existing processes. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business needs. • Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps, configuration notes, test plans, and user guides. • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive problem resolution for supported systems. • Build and deliver actionable reports and dashboards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Workday Core HCM experience covering Compensation, Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Dashboards.
- Advanced Compensation experience is required.
- Benefits or Absence experience is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, user ready documentation quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
