For this role, you will have: - 3+ years of experience in Agile development including coaching on Agile methodologies. - Must have a Secret or DHS Public Trust security clearance. - Scrum Master Certification - 1+ years of experience coaching a team and stakeholders on Agile practices and ensuring adherence to Agile methodology. - 1+ years of experience in facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. - 1+ years of experience influencing and driving teams to success using Agile/SAFe/Scrum/Lean practices. - 1+ years of experience of leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes. - 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional teamwork in and across teams and organizations. - 1+ years of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures, and technical standards - Bachelor's degree - 1+years of experience with Tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Mural - U.S. Citizenship required (required by the federal government for this position) - MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
