Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Hands-on engineering background in QA, test automation, DevOps, software development, or machine learning
  • Deep knowledge of agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience working with distributed teams and digital tools (Miro, Confluence, Jira, Teams)
  • Practical experience in QA methods and test automation
  • Coaching mindset and empathy
  • Servant leadership and conflict moderation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
