Distributor Account Manager
Fortive
• Achieving annual sales objectives. • Regularly reports against defined objectives to Sales Manager Italy or other internal stakeholders, completes reporting accurately and on time. • Accurately forecasts revenue. Use and update distributor monitoring dashboards. • Works in teams, performs sales, service, and administrative tasks and procedures under self-direction. • Maintains a broad knowledge of the organization’s entire product line, attends relevant Trade shows and other significant market events. • Works closely with Italian representative agencies, gives them necessary technical and commercial support, trains and manages them to achieve area targets. • Provides technical and commercial assistance to Italian Distributors on Fluke’s products. • Supports the introduction of new products to Distributors. • Provides feedback on application data, competitor products, and/or sales tools. • Defines Distribution account targets and cooperative action plans to get revenue growth. • Defines and monitors action plans for the distributor accounts assigned. • Responsible for the definition and implementation of cooperative marketing activities of the assigned Distributors. • Monitors the level of stock of distributors to guarantee a high level of service to final customers. • Follows up and supports the sales team of distributors on relevant projects.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience on Technical product sales.
- Experience on Distribution management for Technical sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electrotechnical engineering or equivalent.
- Commercial capabilities in selling solutions and standard products to customers.
- Hands on Experience in working with Test & Measurement or related products.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Experience with Microsoft office and ability to use technical product software
