• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs and forecasting • Manage P&L of each RSC product by implementing price changes and cost improvements as appropriate • Manage & execute launch of new RSC products • Work with Marketing to create & maintain marketing collateral for all RSC products including price lists, brochures, labels, samples, guides, product approvals, etc. • Responsible for the RSC product life cycle and roadmap from product definition and strategy to product launch to phasing out old or obsolete products • Communicate price and product updates to Management, Sales team, other internal teams, vendors and customers • Gather “voice-of-customer” feedback on company products and services • Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth • Analyze RSC sales performance and work with Sales Managers and Territory Managers to implement regional product sales strategies • Manage RSC sample offerings and sample requests as needed • Obtain approvals for and execute price changes & legal documents utilizing Docusign • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of RSC products • Identify competing products for each product line in each regional market • Determine marketing & product requirements to optimize revenue & profitability of RSC • Work with supply chain, operations & external suppliers to maintain supply of RSC • Work with Supply Chain to ensure all price increases from Vendors are processed and determine Westlake RSC pricing to maintain or increase margins • Develop product introduction presentations and present to Sales and Customer Service • Train new employees on RSC– Maintain all presentation materials up to date. • Submit monthly reports to management on RSC sales and specific product or pricing changes • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies

Role Description Westlake is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for our premium roofing and building products across the assigned region. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Homeowners Association (HOA) sector, top roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants. The successful candidate will proactively promote Westlake’s innovative roofing solutions, expand market share, and generate new business opportunities to achieve regional sales targets. This position will market Westlake’s entire roofing portfolio which includes: DaVinci Roofscapes, Unified Steel, Newpoint Concrete and US Tile. (Territory includes MI, IN, IL, WI, IA, MN, SD and ND.) Ideal candidate will sit in the OH/IL/IN/WI/MN. Duties and Responsibilities - Targeted Outreach & Relationship Building: Proactively call on and develop relationships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), top-tier roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants in the assigned territory. - Business Growth: Drive overall Westlake business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, increasing product specification and adoption, and expanding wallet share with existing accounts. - Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and strategic account planning. - Product Promotion & Education: Effectively present and demonstrate Westlake’s roofing systems, materials, and value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including HOAs, architects, consultants, and contractors. - Market Intelligence: Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the roofing and HOA sectors. This position is responsible for Westlake Royal Roofing and Stone Solutions products. Ideal candidate will be located in OH, PA, or upper NY.
