Rattaché(e) à notre agence et sous la responsabilité du chef d'agence, vos missions seront de: - fidéliser nos clients du marché de la branche navale et maritime ; - accroître le portefeuille de cette branche ; - estimer son potentiel économique et son mode de fonctionnement ; - développer le chiffre de commandes par la vente de produits, systèmes et services complexes; - assurer la veille commerciale et technologique ; - développer les prospects de cette branche ; - coordonner et soutenir les actions commerciales en lien sur l'ensemble du territoire ; - travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos différentes usines du groupe pour le développement de nouveaux produits ; - participer à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie commerciale nationale et assurer son déploiement.

• Responsible for developing and establishing the strategic growth plan - setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the Defense market and report on progress • Oversee and manage a number of key customer relationships with Defense market • Determine compliance roadmap for HYDAC in the Defense market • Coordinate our defense programs within HYDAC • Understand the landscape of defense programs and OEM/Primes bidding on the programs • Within these programs, understand HYDAC potential product opportunities • Increase sales and profit margin with Defense market • Drive HYDAC specifications within the respective Defense market • Drive product development for HYDAC for use within the Defense market • Effectively communicate market trends, competitive analysis • Responsible for implementing HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM update for assigned accounts • Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support and sales strategy • Develop and implementation of respective sales plans • Responsible for coordinating internal resources (i.e. Territory Managers, Key Account Managers, Product Managers) as required to support vertical market • If account is being supported by a distributor, responsible for working with distributor to coordinate support for HYDAC products and solutions • Determine required resources and investment to be compliant with vertical market regulations • Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements with key customers, partners, etc. in the vertical market • New business opportunities should also be communicated to the Product Managers for review as required • Submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training • Provide HYDAC Corporate with other status changes, as well as forecast feedback at major accounts
• Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned region. • Increase sales and profit margins with assigned accounts. • Responsible to implement HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM update for assigned accounts. • Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business. • New business opportunities should also be communicated to the Product Managers for review as required. • Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support, and sales strategy. • Submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training. • Provide HYDAC Corporate with other status changes, as well as forecast feedback at major OEM accounts. • Ensure CRM data is accurate and current for team. • Responsible for setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned account and report on progress. • Develop and implementation of respective sales plans. • Responsible for coordinating internal resources (ie - Product Managers) as required to support account. • If account is being supported by a distributor, responsible for working with distributor to coordinate support for HYDAC products and solutions.
• Acting as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and follow-through • Turning customer demand into clear, actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain • Managing orders end to end—from entry through delivery—using ERP and CRM systems • Staying ahead of potential issues related to capacity, lead times, or shifting demand and addressing them early • Keeping internal teams aligned so customers receive exactly what they need, when they need it • Communicating clearly and confidently with customers around status, changes, and expectations • Using Excel, reporting tools, and AI-enabled workflows to identify trends and improve how work gets done • Maintaining clean data, solid documentation, and real visibility into customer activity
