• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, owning the client relationship and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to align project deliverables with business objectives. • Act as the client's trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and innovation. • Oversee end-to-end project delivery for Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, including migrations and custom implementations. • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones. • Ensure project objectives align with client business drivers and are delivered on time and within budget. • Monitor and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories in collaboration with clients and internal teams. • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure the successful implementation of features and functionalities. • Triage and manage defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and securing QA sign-off. • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and clients. • Provide regular governance updates, including status reports, budget tracking, and resource utilization. • Supervise third-party solutions to ensure successful integration and alignment with project goals.

• Source proactively for AI and engineering roles across Lazer's Core practice — building targeted lists, writing thoughtful personalized outreach, and running focused sourcing sprints. • Manage candidate communications end-to-end: scheduling, coordinating interview loops, keeping candidates warm and informed at every stage. • Maintain clean, accurate records in Ashby — stage updates, notes, sourcing tags — so the team always has a clear picture of the pipeline. • Screen inbound and sourced candidates at the top of the funnel and pass well-qualified profiles to the Senior Technical Recruiter and hiring managers with clear context. • Use AI to do more — build or use sourcing agents, automate repetitive outreach tasks, and keep raising the bar on what you can output independently. • Support offer logistics — reference checks, scheduling debrief calls, tracking offer status — so nothing falls through the cracks at the close. • Learn the market — develop fluency in AI engineering comp, what candidates care about, and what we're competing against, and surface that intel to the team.

The bar is high and most of our hires come from outbound, so you'll be in the trenches building lists, writing thoughtful outreach, and running sourcing sprints • Build and run interview loops that move fast and protect quality, including writing rubrics and coaching interviewers • Use AI to compound your output. Build sourcing agents, automate the boring parts, and keep raising your own ceiling on what one recruiter can do • Close candidates with substance. Lead reference calls, manage offer negotiations, and get the right people across the line • Bring market signal back to the business: comp benchmarks, competitive intel, what we're losing candidates on, and what to change • Help shape how we hire as we scale. • Lead zero-to-one builds and redesigns of Shopify stores — designing high-converting product pages, collection experiences, cart & checkout flows, navigation structures, and full-site architectures optimized for the Shopify platform • Conduct eCommerce-focused product and user discovery research (user interviews, competitive Shopify audits, journey mapping, usability testing, and CRO analysis) to identify opportunities that increase conversions and reduce friction • Create feature lists, user stories, information architecture diagrams, and Shopify-optimized sitemaps that support scalable merchandising and seamless shopping journeys • Wireframe and prototype end-to-end features and flows with a strong emphasis on mobile-first design, intuitive navigation, trust-building elements, and frictionless checkout experiences • Deliver high-fidelity UI and visual design with exceptional attention to detail, brand storytelling, typography, imagery systems, and conversion-oriented patterns tailored for Shopify themes • Build, evolve, and maintain commerce design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and efficient theming across Shopify stores and related marketing assets • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, clearly communicating design rationale, Shopify-specific recommendations, UX decisions, and expected impact on sales metrics • Collaborate closely with developers for clean handoff (including Figma-to-Shopify asset organization and Liquid considerations), perform thorough design QA, and ensure final implementations match the intended vision while maximizing Shopify’s native capabilities • Manage your own schedules, priorities, and deliverables proactively across multiple retainer or project-based Shopify engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment

• Lead audit/discovery of an existing Newstore OMS ↔ Shopify integration and middleware (architecture, data flows, failure modes). • Take full ownership of middleware maintenance, shifting focus from reactive bug fixing to proactive feature delivery • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to the OMS–Shopify integration layer • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between NewStore OMS and Shopify • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, delivery managers, stakeholders) to clarify requirements, prioritize fixes, and ship improvements. • Provide technical input on platform integration decisions and evolving requirements • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of integration practices • Document integration logic, data flows, and system changes throughout the engagement
