Job Requirements

  • Proven experience working within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Partner Center
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft incentives, funding programs, and solution designations
  • Experience managing co-sell motions and Microsoft referrals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Marketplace strategy and listings
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with or as a Microsoft Partner Development Manager (PDM)
  • Azure specialization and practice-building experience
  • Consulting or advisory background supporting multiple Microsoft partners
