Job Description

Manager, Affiliate Programs – Acquisition

HighLevel

• Oversee the Affiliate Acquisition efforts and Affiliate Managers’ responsibilities of affiliate account management, affiliate intel tracking, monthly affiliate customer trends, contract compliance, as well as executing strategic plans for affiliate engagement and recruitment. • Actively facilitate and manage internal processes such as affiliate gamification, affiliate commissions, and program budget tracking in conjunction with the Director of Affiliate Acquisitions.. • Partner with the Director of Affiliate Acquisitio to develop and implement business strategies that grow the Affiliate impact on the HighLevel business. • Ensure the Affiliate team is effectively trained and able to articulate the value proposition of the HighLevel platform to better recruit prospective affiliates. • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers to achieve performance and company goals by holding your team accountable to KPIs, initiatives, and assigned projects, and providing feedback on how to improve success. • Analyze metrics for affiliate engagement, satisfaction, and expansion to aid in project planning and prioritization. • Confidently navigate and interpret large amounts of data present in our affiliate-tracking software or that of which is provided by our Data Analyst team and use a data-minded approach to plan department work and socialize its outcomes. • Manage all aspects of affiliate account management, affiliate intel tracking, monthly affiliate customer trends, and contract compliance. • Support company-wide marketing strategy and lead the Affiliate team in integrating and aligning affiliate department activities. • Manage projects/vendors effectively and efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization. • Lead outreach efforts with potential affiliates to be digitally present in their communities. • Attend in-person events, which may include but is not limited to travel, standing for long periods of time, and full participation in events • Assist in other/event duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience is strongly preferred
  • 8 years of total professional experience, including, 3+ years of experience leading and managing a fast-paced, Sales, results driven, customer facing team, ideally for a B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup company.
  • 2+ years experience in the digital marketing space such as SEO, Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, Influencer Growth required
  • You are a true people coach at heart, you love mentoring, leading and contributing to the professional development of those around you
  • A strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HighLevel software
  • Strong collaboration, time-management and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks and programs simultaneously.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally with teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated approach to problem solving and conflict management.
  • Must be a go-getter, not afraid to ask questions, and take accountability for your results and your team’s results
  • Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems and bring these lessons to a team of direct reports
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues, subordinates, and customers, both written and oral.
  • Comfort in public speaking and presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in professional writing and or basic copywriting skills.
  • Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems is a plus.
  • Working Knowledge of the following applications: Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Slack, Linkedin and other social media.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred or equivalent professional work experience or military service. - A minimum of ten years of experience required, including a strong preference for demonstrated experience in or working with the executive branch in California state government.
