Solenis
• Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Vertriebskanäle sowie die Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen • Organisation und Teilnahme an Kundenterminen, Inhouse-Messen und Roadshows • Enge Abstimmung mit Business Development, Fachberatern und dem internen Sales Support • Kalkulieren und erstellen von Angeboten, präsentieren der Produkte und führen von Verkaufsverhandlungen • Verkauf von Chemieprodukten, Geräten, Systemen inklusive Groß- und Kleindosieranlagen und des technischen Services • Vorstellung neuer Produkte und Systeme sowie Schulung der Mitarbeiter des Fachgroßhandels • Erstellung und Übermittlung von Reportings wie z.B. CRM System SalesForce, Neukundenfunnel und Touren/Monatsplanung, usw. • Ausbau und Wachstumsprojekte mit dem regionalen Fachgroßhandel
Job Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Erfahrungen im Vertrieb
- Erfahrungen beim Neukundengewinn und Umsatzentwicklung sind wünschenswert
- Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz, Überzeugungskraft und unternehmerisches Handeln gepaart mit einem souveränen und sicheren Auftreten
- Selbständige Arbeitsorganisation
- Gültiger PKW Führerschein
- Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
