Territory Sales Specialist – Personal Protection

• Build and nurture relationships across the value chain, distributors, and key end-user customers. • Collaborate with end users and internal teams to identify and develop new product applications. • Evaluate and analyze North African markets to identify growth opportunities. • Equip channel partners with training, marketing tools, and sales strategies. • Lead client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions. • Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to implement localized campaigns. • Continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights. • Represent DuPont at trade fairs and seminars.
Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% across North Africa.
- Must be Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in industrial PPE, chemical safety.
- Graduate from a reputable university, preferably American-, British-, or European-affiliated institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client engagement, campaign execution, market research, and CRM proficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.
