• Provide world-class technology support of Deque solutions while working with customer implementation teams and Deque support and engineering teams to ensure successful implementations and adoption of Deque products. • Develop a good understanding of your customer’s accessibility objectives, use cases, project team members, and key players • Work directly with users of Deque technology, identify and help them to be the subject matter experts and champions for Deque products within the customer organization through onboarding, training, knowledge-transfer, and assist with simple sample implementations or integrations of Deque products with customer solutions etc. • Help customers understand the value of our products and solutions offerings as they develop and grow their accessibility programs • Responsible for ensuring your customers are successfully able to use Deque products throughout their Deque accessibility journey • Work and collaborate with Deque Customer Support, Product Management, and Saas and engineering teams to help solve customer issues/tickets, share product knowledge, and provide implementation assistance to ensure customer success. • Understand and articulate opportunities to improve and optimize results of customer usage and implementation of Deque products, and help build business cases for further investment for upsells and cross-sells. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within Customer Success • Deliver product demonstrations that directly address customer needs

• Work closely with sales engineering and delivery teams to design and develop code-based integrations between the Keyfactor platform and customer enterprise systems and IoT device management platforms. • Work with prospective and existing customers to determine technical and operational requirements for Keyfactor integrations. • Provide customers, partners, and Keyfactor support personnel with integration documentation. • Create solution guides and training labs. • Be flexible and effectively manage time and tasks in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

• Provide expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits • Responsible for guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance • Act as a primary consultant for the client’s solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support • Manage client expectations and ensure project delivery meets goals of engagement • Coach, mentor and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices

• Lead the development of solution designs and implementation guidance for project teams • Assist in determining Destination Architectures, Reference Architectures, Architectural Standards and the development of Usage guidelines to enable delivery capabilities • Lead the solution and conceptual design of DRVN technologies and capabilities • Encourages innovation for the defined architecture domains • Assist Enterprise Architects in the research and development of Enterprise Standards and Architecture Roadmaps • Lead the specification of capability adoption roadmaps over 3 to 5-year technology plans based on business strategies and Architecture Roadmaps • Organize priorities and provide insights and guidance to Technology Review Boards • Provide technical and architecture consulting as needed to Business, Business Alignment and Solution Delivery Teams • Provide Architecture Diagrams and conceptual solution design guidance to project teams
