• Drive and expand the Littelfuse portfolio growth within assigned Focus Accounts • Actively develop NBO and multi-technology NBO growth at Focus Accounts • Successfully convert NBOs into win-ordered business at Focus Accounts • Drive multi-technology demand creation and sustainable revenue growth at selected Focus Accounts • Ensure, in close collaboration with global teams, that all win-ordered NBOs are converted into revenue across all channels (Direct, EMS, Distribution) • Maintain a strong focus on promoting and leveraging the full Littelfuse portfolio

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed a university degree in an electronics or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager within a multinational organization
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor and electronics industries
  • Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in the industry
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% within the DACH region
