Move
• Take insights from hiring manager intake meetings and translate them into: • Clear target profile definitions • Structured sourcing and research projects • Search parameters designed to surface the most relevant talent • Build and maintain sourcing projects that underpin large-scale outreach and research programmes • Conduct total addressable market (TAM) analysis for roles within the technology sector • Map talent markets comprehensively and rigorously, using multiple data sources • Interrogate and refine searches to uncover high-quality and non-obvious talent • Analyse talent pools and provide insights that inform delivery and client outcomes • Support the setup of project hubs and workflows for new sourcing engagements • Work closely with Move’s sourcing team to ensure projects are clear, scalable, and easy to execute against
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Internal or recruiting agency experience
- Significant hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a core sourcing tool
- Proven ability to build complex, high-quality searches from detailed or ambiguous briefs
- Experience sourcing or researching for roles within the technology industry
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to deeply understand requirements and rigorously interrogate search logic
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day work to improve research quality, efficiency, or decision-making
- Nice to Have
- Exposure to market mapping or talent intelligence projects
- Familiarity with recruitment operations tools & workflows
- Familiarity with Notion
