• Support all procurement activities for the organization • Responsible for Indirect Procurement Category analysis, assisting with the implementation of Category strategy and development of preferred supplier lists • Experience sourcing Travel as well as other areas of indirect procurement is ideal • Demonstrate an understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain concepts • Assist senior personnel with RFx creation, bid analysis and conducting negotiations • Analyze and understand category market trends, pricing and negotiating levers, supplier base, and manage the overall Indirect Procurement Spend • Review and evaluate contract terms to ensure supplier performance and minimize risk • Lead projects across organization to include policy and procedure design, supplier selection, and reporting • Advocate for implementation of procurement policies and procedures across the organization

• Primary technical point of contact for a small, high-performing purchasing team across multiple international locations • Develop and implement long-term, globally oriented purchasing strategies to optimize costs and resources • Develop and implement effective material group (category) strategies • Optimize the global supply chain with a particular focus on alternative raw materials and new sourcing channels • Build a high-performing supplier network with a focus on the Asian market, including on-site supplier meetings • Actively shape and maintain a strong internal and external network

• Support day-to-day supplier management across key Removables suppliers and workstreams • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable capacity, quality performance, and delivery timelines • Track supplier performance through scorecards and KPI reporting (quality, delivery, cost) • Help drive supplier accountability through structured follow-ups, QBRs, and escalation when needed • Partner with cross-functional teams to address supplier performance issues and mitigate supply risk • Identify sourcing opportunities across Removables to improve total delivered cost and supplier reliability • Support vendor negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, and commercial evaluations • Assist with executing vendor contracts (pricing, scope, terms, and implementation plan) • Own updates to pricing trackers, savings models, and scenario analysis • Lead defined sourcing workstreams end-to-end, with guidance from senior team members (from supplier research → onboarding → launch) • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality to support supplier launches or transitions • Track project milestones, identify risks, and help drive timely execution to launch • Collaborate with upstream demand planning partners on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasts to inform price negotiations and assess supply chain risks. • Work closely with R&D and Manufacturing during validation/testing to align supplier readiness and procurement timelines • Support materials/supplier changes by ensuring testing requirements, documentation, and operational readiness are aligned • Continuously seek opportunities to improve materials, workflows, processes, and technology, optimizing quality, scale, and efficiency for the product lines and manufacturing operations. • Employ research, partnerships, and critical thinking to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly. • Collaborate with manufacturing to bring outsourced milling processes in-house, ensuring better control and cost efficiency. • This role requires travel 1-2 times per month for both external and internal meetings to support the success of the product line and supplier relationships.

• Analyze sourcing spend for the assigned sub-region; identify critical spend areas and suppliers, and define sourcing actions aligned with the Sub-Region Sourcing Leader and business objectives. • Work closely with the Sub-Region Sourcing Leader on ITR sourcing operations, covering the full buying and fulfillment cycle. • Lead and execute Flow Parts sourcing scope for PES projects, coordinating with key regional and global stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer, quality, and schedule requirements for PES projects. • Proactively engage with Business Operations to identify sourcing demand, project needs, and execution priorities. • Partner with PES Project Managers to ensure sourced scope is procured at the best commercial value, meets quality requirements, and ships on time to required need dates. • Maintain weekly regional KPI dashboards with the Sub-Region Sourcing Leader; ensure SQDC performance targets are met and prepare monthly Pareto analyses and lagging indicators for MORs. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement tracking mechanisms to optimize processes and resolve execution issues. • Drive cost competitiveness for Parts, Engineered Materials, Services, and EPC scope while balancing quality and schedule requirements. • Lead issue resolution for externally sourced scope impacting project fulfillment, including contract revisions and supplier escalations, ensuring early cross-functional engagement. • Develop and manage supplier relationships with key suppliers, including performance metrics, KPIs, and improvement initiatives. • Align sourcing localization activities with the business localization strategy. • Monitor industry trends and technology developments to identify supply risks, protect continuity of supply, and leverage emerging opportunities. • Support implementation of MSAs and contracts with strategic suppliers in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders. • Coordinate with Global Strategic Sourcing Leaders and GCL to align regional execution with global sourcing approaches. • Leverage analytics and should-cost methodologies to support cost-out and sourcing decisions. • Act as sourcing representative during (R3) phase, ensuring proposals are compliant, competitive, accurately costed, and cover full scope of supply. • Lead supplier selection and RFQ execution using ERP and digital tools; manage communication with Sales, Engineering, Project Managers, and suppliers to clarify scope and requirements. • Lead commercial negotiations for external sourcing of services and materials for complex project scopes, working with Contracts, Legal, and Insurance teams and securing required approvals per DOA. • Coordinate with Sub-Regional ITR teams to ensure supplier payments, PO closures, resolution of AP holds, and payment status updates. • Log and obtain approvals for deflation/inflation workflows for all RFQs, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation. • Ensure compliance with proposal specifications, schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements. • Act as the single sourcing point of contact for assigned projects while working closely with Commercial, Legal, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, EHS, Finance, and Operations teams.
