Key Account Manager

• Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni a lungo termine con i clienti chiave • Fungere da punto di contatto principale, rispondendo a domande, dubbi e richieste dei clienti • Identificare nuove opportunità di business e promuovere l'upselling/cross-selling di prodotti o servizi ai clienti esistenti. Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita, di fatturato e di crescita • Condurre ricerche di mercato per comprendere le tendenze del settore, le esigenze dei clienti e le attività della concorrenza. Fornire approfondimenti e raccomandazioni per ottimizzare le strategie di vendita e l'offerta di prodotti • Utilizzare sistemi CRM per monitorare le interazioni con i clienti e gestire le pipeline • Collaborare con i team interni (marketing, sviluppo prodotto e operations) per garantire un'erogazione del servizio impeccabile • Gestire le negoziazioni contrattuali, gli accordi sui prezzi e le condizioni di pagamento con i clienti • Garantire la conformità alle politiche aziendali, alle normative di settore e ai requisiti legali

Job Requirements

  • >5 anni anni di esperienza in Vendite, Gestione Account o Sviluppo aziendale
  • Esperienza nella gestione delle relazioni con clienti, negoziazione di contratti e fornitura di soluzioni personalizzate
  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia Aziendale/Vendite e Marketing/Economia/Ingegneria o indirizzo correlato. Sarà valutato anche diploma tecnico/economico seguito da esperienze professionali allineate al ruolo
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nell'area di competenza, per ruolo
  • MS Office e CRM
  • Passione per il mondo commerciale, resilienza e attitudine a sfide e cambiamenti
