Job Description

Account Manager – Geomatics

Topcon Positioning Systems

• Direct sales to end customers with full responsibility for the entire sales cycle • Prospecting, qualifying leads, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing • Manage and develop a designated territory in Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria • Position solutions such as robotic total stations, GNSS systems, and reality-capture & reality-modeling solutions • Conduct initial customer training to ensure successful adoption • Visit construction sites and active projects for training, prospecting, and sales meetings • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable direct sales pipeline • Monitor sales opportunities, forecasts, and customer data in the CRM • Collaborate with internal teams while working with a high degree of autonomy

Job Requirements

  • Sales experience at a junior to mid level (preferably in field/external sales)
  • Excellent German language skills at C1 level or native proficiency, with spoken and written English
  • Preferably experience in geomatics, AEC technology, or the construction industry is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria)
