Account Manager

Axis Communications

• Identify, onboard, and develop partners like system integrators and value-added resellers. • Nurture partners by providing continuous support through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. • Act as the primary contact for new and existing partners with the Channel Partner Program (CPP). • Drive business growth through structured training, coaching, and educational support to channel partners. • Develop and execute marketing activities for key partners alongside the marketing team. • Track and assess key focus partners' performance and growth trajectory. • Collaborate with partner-referred end-user accounts to develop strategic opportunities. • Handle inbound leads requiring face-to-face engagement in a timely manner. • Evaluate and document partner performance, highlighting improvement areas.

Job Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze and prioritize customer relationships
  • Driven and self-motivated team player
  • Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications
  • Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build and maintain relations with customers
  • Exhibit good core values
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales position
  • A track record of reaching sales targets working through partners.
