Associate Client Partner

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the US market, prioritizing remote lead generation for staffing services and SOWs. • Conduct outreach via email, including cold messaging and other remote methods to engage potential clients. • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships remotely, understanding their unique business needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals aligning with client objectives. • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. • Nurture existing accounts remotely to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Utilize effective sales techniques to communicate Pinnacle Group's value proposition to potential clients. • Exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US market with demonstrated expertise in remote lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic remote environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
