Portless
• Drive merchant growth by understanding each merchant's business deeply and identifying opportunities to improve their operations, increase GMV, and expand their reach. • Win share of wallet by positioning Portless as the preferred fulfillment partner for merchants currently using multiple 3PLs. • Facilitate international expansion by helping merchants enter new markets across our 55+ country network. • Activate additional services including order protection, capital facilities, returns, inventory QC, and other Portless offerings. • Build executive relationships with founders, CEOs, and operations leaders at your accounts. • Partner with Client Success to ensure alignment on account strategy and seamless execution. • Own expansion revenue targets with clear forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution. • Contribute to the playbook by sharing what's working, refining expansion strategies, and helping the team get better.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, expansion sales, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or retail so that you can serve as a trusted advisor for common tasks a growing brand optimizes to accelerate growth (reviewing ad sets, checkout optimization, etc.).
- Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships (founders, C-suite, VP Operations).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into revenue.
- Consultative approach to problem-solving with a deep curiosity about how businesses operate.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.).
