Binance
• Manage local social media channels, community events / online sessions, series of product webinars / AMAs. • Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials. • Cover localization from global initiatives & lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages). • Directly collaborate with regional Binance Angels and content agencies for communication efficiency. • Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics. • Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization). • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Community Building.
- Strong interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus).
- Trilingual English/Kazak/Russian **is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.**
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to details.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.

The Engagement Specialist is responsible for fostering connection, commitment, and retention across JerseySTEM’s volunteer community.
