• Identify and research companies with a clear potential need for our services. • Qualify inbound inquiries quickly and decisively. • Validate fit, intent, timing, and budget before booking any meeting. • Say no to opportunities that are misaligned, even if they sound interesting. • Book meetings only when there is a clear business problem to solve. • Prepare concise briefs for the leadership team before each call, highlighting context and risks. • Keep pipeline information clean, structured, and up to date. • Work closely with the CEO to refine focus, messaging, and targeting. • Run highly targeted outbound outreach to founders and senior decision-makers.

Job Requirements

  • Near-native English fluency, both written and spoken.
  • Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and technical leaders.
  • Ability to understand complex products and businesses quickly.
  • Experience or strong exposure to Web3 products, companies, or ecosystems.
  • Sharp judgment and comfort saying no.
  • High ownership and autonomy.
  • Interest in design, product, and technology.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or similar roles.
  • English proficiency (non-negotiable).
