Job Requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (in English), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to commercial teams
- 3+ years of product management experience, delivering B2B SaaS or data-driven products from concept to launch. (Experience in consulting is also highly valued)
- Demonstrated ability to make data-informed product decisions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to drive product strategy and roadmap execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and clear product requirements
- Experience in customer-facing interactions including user interviews, roadmap presentations and support in commercial activities

Role Description The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritising, and delivering Managed Services & SaaS Operations capabilities that improve customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business outcomes.
