Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a strong focus on customer-facing or internal product experiences.
  • Extensive experience building and improving complex user journeys across multiple customer types, balancing usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations.
  • Passion for creating products and experiences that drive impact.
