Job Description

QA Lead

Infoverity

• Modify existing test plans to fit our clients implementation to cover all applicable test area's and scope • Manage and lead the two test analysts work • Lead creation of the test plan • Organize creation and documentation of test cases within a client testing tool (ex: Jira, ServiceNow, etc) • Lead the creation of testing status readouts • Ability to triage defects with two test analyst with support from Infoverity developer resources

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of QA/testing experience, including leading test efforts on enterprise implementations
  • Proven experience adapting/creating test plans and defining test scope, approach, and entry/exit criteria
  • Prior people/team leadership experience (directly leading or coordinating 2+ QA analysts)
  • Strong test case design and documentation skills; hands-on experience managing test assets in Jira/ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Solid defect management skills: triage, prioritization, root-cause collaboration with developers, and retest/closure processes
  • Experience creating testing status reporting (dashboards, daily/weekly readouts, metrics such as execution progress, defect trends)
  • Understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills (business, developers, PMs) and ability to drive decisions/escalations when needed
  • Nice to have: Experience with MDM/data platforms, integrations/ETL, or data quality validation/testing test automation exposure (even if the role is primarily manual), and basic SQL/data querying for validation.
