• Drive revenue growth across AI, Analytics, and Data platform offerings • Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline using CRM tools • Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders • Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals

• Drive net-new services revenue and pipeline growth for Infoverity’s Marketing Technology Solutions portfolio • Identify, develop, and close opportunities across new and existing accounts • Collaborate on prospect discovery sessions, proposal development, estimate preparation, and RFP responses • Coordinate and execute business development initiatives • Represent Infoverity at industry conferences and events • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for MarTech and Data Management services expansion

• Manage and lead the two test analysts work. • Modify existing test plans to fit our clients implementation to cover all applicable test area's and scope. • Lead creation of the test plan. • Organize creation and documentation of test cases within a client testing tool (ex: Jira, ServiceNow, etc). • Lead the creation of testing status readouts. • Ability to triage defects with two test analyst with support from Infoverity developer resources.

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integrations using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI). • Develop secure, scalable interfaces between cloud applications, on-premises systems, and external partners. • Define integration patterns, standards, frameworks, and reusable components. • Translate business and data requirements into detailed technical integration designs. • Build mappings, tasks, APIs, microservices, and orchestrations within IDMC. • Configure and tune IDMC components, including connections, agents, mapping tasks, ingress/egress jobs, and process automation workflows. • Mentor and guide junior developers; perform code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices. • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines across operational systems, cloud platforms, and data warehouses. • Ensure integration solutions meet performance, reliability, and data quality requirements. • Troubleshoot integration failures, latency issues, and agent-level connectivity challenges. • Design and deploy API-driven integrations, event-based workflows, and synchronous/asynchronous processes. • Build process objects and service connectors using CAI. • Partner with application owners (ERP, CRM, MDM, SaaS platforms) to deliver end-to-end integration flows. • Implement integration governance covering version control, deployment pipelines, and documentation. • Ensure integrations comply with security standards, data privacy guidelines, and audit requirements. • Maintain integration inventories, mapping documents, and operational runbooks.

• Work under the Test Lead to execute all technical client test cases within the Informatica IDMC product suite with assistance from the team. • Capture screenshots and compile detailed documentation of all performed testing to serve as evidence. • Communicate clearly with the Test Lead regarding the status of test cases (Pass/Fail). • Identify and communicate defects immediately to the Test Lead and/or Infoverity developers. • Coordinate with the team to ensure technical requirements are met during testing. • Maintain an organized log of test results and defect tracking.
