• Responsible for driving a performance-oriented sales culture • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals • Manage key accounts and renewals • Forge strategic/channel partnerships across geographies • Plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve the organizational business plans • Provide marketing guidance to support revenue increase • Oversee all sales activities including Industry events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in business/marketing or Telecom
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in CRM or equivalent software and data analysis tools
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with leading, negotiating and closing multi-year transactions and agreements with young and mature telecom operators

Role Description The Regional Sales Manager (North Central Region) manages all sales activities in the territory, primarily working with Manufacturers’ Representatives.
