• Define the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for resellers and implement hunting programs • Structure and lead the channel management team, designing growth plans and ambitious targets • Create variable compensation models and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SME customers • Monitor sell-out KPIs, conversion funnel and financial health • Manage the migration of products and contracts from legacy models to the EFX structure
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in managing indirect channels (Resellers, Retail, or Distributors)
- Comfortable working with propensity models, P&L analysis, and credit risk indicators
- Technical ability to structure complex contracts and manage channel conflicts
- Hands-on attitude with a focus on short-term delivery and process discipline
- Familiarity with integration systems and advanced CRM tools
