FIS
• Own and manage a defined portfolio of SI partners , including hyperscaler‑adjacent and Tier 2 SIs • Build and execute joint plans that produce measurable results: pipeline development, partner‑sourced opportunities, enablement, marketplace alignment, and GTM activities • Drive cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure partner efforts support active opportunities • Maintain strong operating rhythm with partners, ensuring predictable engagement and follow‑through • Track and report progress using practical metrics such as active opportunities, completed GTM actions, and executed enablement sessions.
Job Requirements
- Experience in partner management, alliances, or SI ecosystem roles (financial services, fintech, or enterprise software preferred)
- Familiarity with SI and hyperscaler partner motions, including co‑sell models, joint GTM, and marketplace integration
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence across stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong operating discipline around planning, prioritization, and execution
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence representing the organization to senior partner leaders.
