• Act as the primary communication bridge between investors, geologists, clients, and senior leadership • Develop a strong understanding of ongoing projects, operational priorities, and stakeholder expectations • Provide accurate feedback and insights to leadership to support decision-making • Manage and coordinate schedules, communications, and documentation across multiple stakeholders • Support executive leadership with high-level PA and administrative tasks • Ensure stakeholders are kept informed, aligned, and confident in project progress • Assist with process improvements and operational organisation as the business scales • Support the onboarding, training, and management of team members as the organisation grows
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Operations, or Coordination role
- Background or exposure to the mining, exploration, or resources sector is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic mindset with a genuine interest in business growth
- Ability to quickly understand complex information and communicate it clearly
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
