Senior Solutions Engineer
Futurae Technologies AG
• Lead the technical journey from discovery to implementation for seamless platform integration. • Act as the strategic bridge between client needs, product, and engineering to deliver user-friendly solutions.
Job Requirements
- Establish yourself as a resident subject matter expert on Futurae’s products and ecosystem
- Drive account strategies in collaboration with Sales to win business opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions to map technical solutions to complex business problems and showcase business value
- Proven experience in building and scaling a Solutions Engineering team, including the design of technical playbooks and workflows and partner programmes
- Craft technical content and deliver platform demos tailored to customer needs
- Own the end to end execution of technical POCs for high stakes use cases
- Influence the product roadmap by distilling field feedback for Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams
- A good understanding of Open Standards, in particular Identity & Access Management (IAM): SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
- A strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns within a typical application (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks) development, mobile (iOS, Android) development, backend (Go, Python, Ruby, Rust) development, IP-based real-time communications
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, with preference on GCP.
- You are empathic, build rapport easily, and listen actively.
- You confidently dispense your knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience
- You have proven fintech and digital security sector business acumen
- You know how to strategically position the product offering for each customer.
- You understand partner/channel growth strategies,
- You expertly navigate complex organizational hierarchies to identify, map, and engage key stakeholders, including IT Administration, C-Suite (CISOs), Enterprise Architects, Procurement, and Legal/Security teams.
- You are based in Europe with willingness to travel 10-25%
