Demand Generation Manager

• Develop and launch integrated digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth • Collaborate with Sales team to plan, execute, and launch targeted campaigns • Utilize platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and track performance • Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, including email, web, and paid media • Monitor performance and continuously optimize spend, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness • Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency • Oversee the creation and distribution of multi-format content, including case studies, one-pagers, white papers, web content, emails, blogs, and sales decks • Assist Sales teams by developing case studies and supporting materials for client conversations • Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across marketing and sales assets • Evaluate, set, and manage budgets for marketing and sales-related initiatives • Manage logistics and budgets for sales initiatives, including travel, trade shows, site visits, and lead registration • Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on goals, forecasting, and performance tracking • Provide marketing consultation and support to the Recruiting team as needed • Act as a key stakeholder in driving alignment across departments
Solution Architect 1 – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Independently lead the architecture and delivery of non-strategic Salesforce projects across one or more platforms. • Own full solution lifecycles—from discovery and design through implementation, testing, documentation, and handover. • Lead strategic projects by directing work across solution, development, and project management resources. • Facilitate discovery and requirement sessions with clients, translating business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical implementation aligns with solution design and best practices. • Review and guide the work of Associate Solution Architects, Solution Specialists, Developers and QA Engineers providing mentorship and feedback. • Serve as the primary client contact for solution-related discussions and platform guidance. • Support the Sales team by contributing to scoping, level of effort estimates, and solution strategy for prospective projects. • Deliver training, walkthroughs, and solution documentation as part of project handoffs. • Identify reusable patterns and contribute to internal solution documentation and standards. • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and trends and apply relevant innovations across active projects. • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and accountability within the solution team.

• Serve as the executive sponsor for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients. • Facilitate effective communication between the client, internal teams, and any third-party vendors. • Step in to de-escalate any potential project challenges with client. • Allocate resources effectively across projects, staff employees based on capacity, forecast hiring. • Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status updates, and retrospectives. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards. • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Work with People Operations to plan team events. • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure high performance and professional growth. • Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities for team members. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Consultants, Solution Architects and Developers. • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team member. • Gather and analyze client business requirements to understand their needs and objectives. • Present solutions and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals. • Provide subject matter expertise on the Salesforce platform and its various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, etc.). • Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and industry standards. • Identify opportunities for follow-on work and new projects within existing clients. • Participate in pre-sales activities, such as solution definition and proposal development. • Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.
Business Analyst

• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the delivery team • Bring strategy and best practices forward to guide the client in their project journey • Lead discovery workshops and process mapping sessions to uncover core business objectives • Synthesize multi-unit stakeholder interviews into a unified Salesforce roadmap • Draft high-quality user stories with rigorous Acceptance Criteria • Maintain the requirement baseline and manage the backlog in partnership with Project Managers • Collaborate with Developers during sprints to clarify edge cases and business rules • Ensure all requirements are traceable from initial discovery through to final deployment • Partner with Solution Architects to ensure designs align with enterprise standards • Advocate for Configuration vs. Customization, highlighting risks and tradeoffs of each approach • Validate that technical designs accurately reflect the documented business intent • Identify downstream impacts on people and processes; support the creation of training materials and release communication. • Provide clear status updates on requirements and risks to the internal project team and communicate to the Executive Sponsor to bring awareness • Proactively identify scope creep and support the formal change control process with the Project Lead
