Role Description As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Futurae, you will lead the technical journey from discovery to implementation for seamless platform integration. Act as the strategic bridge between client needs, product, and engineering to deliver user-friendly solutions. Tasks & Responsibilities - Establish yourself as a resident subject matter expert on Futurae’s products and ecosystem. - Drive account strategies in collaboration with Sales to win business opportunities. - Lead discovery sessions to map technical solutions to complex business problems and showcase business value. - Proven experience in building and scaling a Solutions Engineering team, including the design of technical playbooks and workflows and partner programmes. - Craft technical content and deliver platform demos tailored to customer needs. - Own the end to end execution of technical POCs for high stakes use cases. - Influence the product roadmap by distilling field feedback for Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams. Qualifications - A good understanding of Open Standards, in particular Identity & Access Management (IAM): SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML. - A strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns within a typical application (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, etc.). - Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks) development, mobile (iOS, Android) development, backend (Go, Python, Ruby, Rust) development, IP-based real-time communications. - Experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, with preference on GCP. • Understand client requirements and design effective solutions using the HubSpot platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of projects. • Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and data models. • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members. • Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement. • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients. • Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing. • Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.

• Designing system architectures and technical solutions to ensure scalability, stability, and security, while aligning solutions with business requirements. • Design system and application architectures (High-Level & Low-Level Design). • Analyze requirements and translate them into executable architectural solutions. • Define design standards and technical governance. • Design system and service integrations (APIs / Integration). • Review technical decisions and development team deliverables. • Support implementation teams and resolve architectural challenges. • Document architecture and technical diagrams.
