Job Description

Marketing Lead

Yokly

• Handle end-to-end marketing – from idea → launch → optimization • Own revenue operations on the marketing side – clean funnels, clean data, no “mystery leads” • Partner closely with Sales – same goals, same scoreboard • Generate qualified leads and expand Yokly’s client base • Spearhead marketing campaigns that consistently turn strangers into booked discovery calls • Architect and run multi-channel campaigns • Own lead flow and attribution from first touch to booked call • Align with Sales and leadership on targets and priorities • Build a repeatable, scalable system for qualified discovery calls • Monitor the entire funnel from visit → lead → SQL → opportunity → client and act on what the data shows • Collaborate with Design for social/video/reels/landing pages. • Create campaign proposals with clear goals, audience, offers, and channel mix • Produce regular performance reports covering leads, SQLs, pipeline value, and revenue influence • Run A/B tests on hooks, offers, audiences, sequences, and landing pages • Capture learnings and build playbooks so the next campaign launches stronger and faster

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management , or related field — or equivalent practical experience that proves you can do the job
  • 3+ years in B2B / SaaS / performance marketing with real pipeline or revenue responsibility
  • Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn outreach (manual and/or automated) Email funnels & nurture sequences Landing pages and basic funnel strategy Automation platforms (GoHighLevel or similar CRMs/automation tools)
  • Proven track record of: Running multi-channel campaigns with clear attribution Generating qualified leads that actually become revenue
  • Strong at: Writing briefs , reviewing creative, and managing campaign processes Reading dashboards, UTMs, and funnel data and acting on it
  • Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken)
  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable in fast-paced, experiment-heavy environments.
