• Responsible for the administration, operation and optimization of the network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers & access points) • Perform fault analysis and resolution as part of 3rd-level support and develop new solution approaches • Handle documentation and fault management while maintaining oversight of the networks at all times • Act as, when required, the point of contact for external service providers in the areas of networking and IT security • Support the national and international teams in varied projects
Job Requirements
- Team player and consultative IT enthusiast with a passion for technology
- Advanced skills: WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN/VXLAN, BGP/OSPF routing, VoIP
- Experience with: Cisco, Palo Alto, Lancom
- Solution-oriented, structured, and calm under pressure in critical operational situations
- Fluent in German and English and comfortable with on-call duty
