Systems Support Administrator
MaidPro
• Administer and own core business systems, including identity and access management (Active Directory / Entra ID), email and collaboration tools, CRM, endpoints, and SaaS platforms. • Own administration of cloud-based phone and communications systems (e.g., Dialpad), including user provisioning, call routing, IVRs, licensing, and vendor coordination. • Perform system maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, and configuration management to reduce downtime and recurring issues. • Execute system changes using established change management processes. • Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and access reviews using least-privilege principles. • Handle Tier 2 and escalated IT support issues requiring administrative access or advanced troubleshooting. • Coordinate with vendors on escalations, outages, and platform changes. • Maintain system documentation and support continuous improvement and automation efforts.
Job Requirements
- Required Experience administering business systems, SaaS platforms, or IT environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Experience with identity management, access controls, and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users.
- Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision in a distributed environment.
- Preferred Experience in franchise or multi-location environments.
- Experience with cloud-based phone systems (e.g., Dialpad).
- Familiarity with Intune or endpoint management tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL or change management practices.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA Network+).
