Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sourcing Focused
e2f, inc.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines across global markets • Source candidates using creative and strategic approaches: Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and non-traditional channels • Conduct initial outreach, gauge interest, and assess basic role fit • Deliver clear and structured candidate summaries to support hiring decisions • Keep pipelines accurate, clean, and updated in the ATS • Identify and test new sourcing channels to improve reach and efficiency • Support the improvement and simplification of hiring processes and workflows • Help keep job descriptions clear, aligned, and market-relevant • Contribute to basic pipeline tracking and recruitment metrics • Maintain strong candidate experience and communication standards • Support hiring readiness across regions, even when hiring activity is low • Partner closely with the TA Manager to adjust priorities based on business needs
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in fast-paced or global environments
- Strong research skills, including Boolean search and creative sourcing techniques
- Ability to understand and support end-to-end hiring processes, not only sourcing execution
- Tech-savvy mindset and ability to quickly understand new roles, tools, and markets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Plus (not mandatory): Experience sourcing for technical, AI-related, data, or multilingual roles
- Experience working across global markets or distributed teams
- Availability to cover APAC time zones

• Oversee and manage the US Custom Recruitment team • Ensure that internal resources are effectively assigned to projects • Focus on reducing outsource rates and increasing gross profit at the project level • Collaborate with teams in Sales, Client Services, Fieldwork, and Panel • Create and implement custom recruitment strategies that can scale • Monitor the results of improvements to custom recruitment • Manage, mentor, appraise and develop allocated staff • Partner with the Panel team to focus on panel building efforts • Lead initiatives to further develop social media outreach and digital strategies • Conduct internal audits to evaluate staff adherence to custom recruitment processes
