• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines across global markets • Source candidates using creative and strategic approaches: Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and non-traditional channels • Conduct initial outreach, gauge interest, and assess basic role fit • Deliver clear and structured candidate summaries to support hiring decisions • Keep pipelines accurate, clean, and updated in the ATS • Identify and test new sourcing channels to improve reach and efficiency • Support the improvement and simplification of hiring processes and workflows • Help keep job descriptions clear, aligned, and market-relevant • Contribute to basic pipeline tracking and recruitment metrics • Maintain strong candidate experience and communication standards
