• You establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and franchisees, always considering profitability and consistently identifying new market potential • You drive sales by understanding customer needs and proposing the right quantities and variety of products, in line with the company’s defined goals • You secure and negotiate optimal locations for promotional materials and activities, ensuring compliance with the Quality Group’s economic guidelines • You ensure effective in-store product presentation by implementing visual merchandising and promotional materials • You identify and analyze growth opportunities within your assigned sales territory while continuously monitoring market trends and competitors • You complete weekly trade reports and forward them to the Key Account Team
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in field service, sales or food retail
- You ideally have a commercial training
- You communicate strongly, negotiate confidently and enjoy networking
- You enjoy key figures, selling and are enthusiastic about our products
- You are confident in using digital media and enjoy contributing new ideas
- You have a driving licence (class B), are willing to travel
- You are fluent in Dutch and excellent in English, French is a plus

• Manage agents within a designated area of responsibility using in-person, virtual, phone, and email to build relationships, deliver training, and manage agency performance • Acts as subject matter expert on GEICO and GEICO-affiliated products, features, and tools while also understanding and maintaining a clear understanding of competitor offerings to increase preference for GEICO’s products • Takes national strategic initiatives and translates them into local goals and objectives to increase agent engagement, execution, and growth • Delivers effective communications; assists agencies in developing local marketing plans and strategies to meet growth goals • Uses data analysis to prepare pre-call strategies to focus on the greatest opportunity within the designated area of responsibility and/or specific agency • Monitors the performance of agents in relation to goals, procedures, and guidelines • Conducts training of agency staff on GEICO and GEICO-affiliated products, services, and value proposition • Counsel agents, and with leadership support, takes disciplinary action of agents up to and including termination • Prospects, interviews, and approves new appointments to expand GEICO’s agency distribution • Adheres to the GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies and operating principles.
