• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide clear information on products, orders, shipping status, and company policies. • Support customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns, following established SOPs. • Communicate proactively regarding defect, warranty, or replacement requests, ensuring proper documentation and resolution. • Maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver a high-quality experience that reflects HYER’s values. • Manage and record all customer tickets within the CX platform (Kustomer), maintaining visibility into open, pending, and resolved cases. • Organize, prioritize, and escalate tickets according to urgency and category (e.g., returns, cancellations, warranty claims). • Maintain a structured ticket pipeline to ensure timely resolution, accuracy, and team accountability.
• Translate brand and creative direction into compelling, on-brand design across campaigns and channels • Support the visual execution of HYER’s brand across digital marketing channels, ensuring a consistently high creative bar • Act as a creative partner to marketing and ecommerce teams, offering strong visual perspectives and ideas • Design primarily in Figma, building scalable, modular assets and systems that work across channels • Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency • Use Adobe Creative Suite (wherever appropriate), to create and refine high-quality visual assets, imagery, animations, and compositions • Lead the design of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, social, and web assets • Ensure creative adapts seamlessly across formats while maintaining a cohesive visual story • Collaborate with copy, marketing, and external partners to bring campaigns to life • Support and guide creative testing initiatives, producing and iterating on asset variations across channels • Use performance insights and feedback to inform creative decisions without compromising brand integrity • Explore new formats, layouts, and visual approaches to continuously evolve the brand’s creative expression
• Execute AR workflows including collections outreach, payment follow-ups, and account monitoring • Serve as the primary AR point of contact for wholesale retailer partners • Build strong working relationships with retailers through clear, professional communication • Apply and reconcile customer payments accurately (ACH, credit card, wire, etc.) • Respond to invoice, balance, and payment inquiries and escalate issues as needed • Work within NetSuite and other HYER systems to maintain accurate AR records • Support AR reporting and month-end close activities
• Own the end-to-end email and SMS marketing program, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization • Design and implement full-funnel lifecycle strategies (welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, OOS & replenishment, win-back, VIP, churn prevention) • Build and operationalize RFM-based segmentation models to personalize messaging and prioritize full-price, high-impact audiences • Work cross functionally with creative teams to develop testing strategies, and recommend optimizations through messaging, design, templates, CTA’s, timing, and incentives to improve engagement and revenue per subscriber • Build, deploy, and optimize automated flows and campaigns in Klaviyo • Develop and scale SMS programs, including compliance, segmentation, and performance optimization • Partner with creative and brand teams to design and iterate on email/SMS assets (comfortable working in Figma) • Support lead generation and list-building initiatives, including on-site capture, sweepstakes, promotions, partnerships, and events • Collaborate with paid, ecommerce, and web teams to align lifecycle messaging with acquisition campaigns and landing experiences • Develop targeted strategies for high-value and repeat customers to increase frequency and lifetime value • Own email and SMS performance analytics, including revenue attribution, engagement, deliverability, and cohort analysis • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and summaries that clearly communicate channel performance and insights • Leverage data across platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, loyalty tools, analytics platforms) to inform strategy and decision-making
• Travel regularly to retail partner locations throughout the assigned region to merchandise Hyer Boots products. • Train in-store retail employees on Hyer Boots products. • Ensure all in-store displays are visually appealing, organized, and meet brand standards. • Set up and maintain marketing and point-of-sale (POS) materials to support effective brand messaging. • Take and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. • Identify and act on opportunities to improve shelf placement, product visibility, and sales. • Attend events and Hyer Days events throughout the country and throughout the year as requested. • Attend tradeshows as assigned by leadership. • Represent the Hyer brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. • Coordinate and help develop the pipeline of Hyer’s Champions Program within the region in collaboration with the Field Merchandising Manager. • Collaborate with sales reps to assign Champions where needed. • Follow up with Champions for feedback on their product experience and in-store support.
• Travel to retail partner locations across the Mid-Atlantic and New England region to sell Hyer Boots products. • Ensure product displays are appealing, organized, and align with brand standards. • Take and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels. • Set up and maintain marketing point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring accurate and effective brand representation. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail staff and management. • Identify opportunities to improve shelf placement, product visibility, and sales performance. • Provide feedback on inventory trends and market insights to internal teams. • Attend the WESA trade show twice a year at the Dallas Market Center. • Attend Hyer Sales meetings as scheduled • Represent the Hyer brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
