• Lead enhancement and delivery of a Workday-focused talent development program managing timelines, cohorts, resources, and deliverables • Effectively deliver curriculum, learning pathways, and milestones aligned to Workday analyst competencies and career readiness • Ensure a high-quality, consistent experience for all participants from onboarding through career launch • Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and course-correct to ensure participant and program success • Measure success with key metrics and outcomes for participants, instructors, and the overall program • Collaborate with internal leaders, Workday practitioners, instructors, and external partners to align program content with real-world needs • Lead and support participants throughout the program, including client placement; foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement while holding high standards for demonstrated competence • Create feedback loops, coaching moments, and development plans that accelerate readiness, confidence, and performance • Maintain strong connection and engagement with participants/placed Associates to coach, mentor, and support long-term success
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex programs with end-to-end ownership and measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM often developed in an HR technology manager/leader role
- Passion for developing others and building scalable talent pipelines
- Exceptional execution skills — organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Outcome-obsessed mindset with the ability to define success, measure impact, and continuously improve
- Comfort balancing empathy for learners with high standards for performance and accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
