Marketing and Revenue Operations Specialist

• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns in HubSpot (emails, workflows, segmentation, UTMs, tracking and performance monitoring) • Analyze campaign and funnel performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline quality and campaign ROI • Build and manage HubSpot dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel conversion and campaign ROI • Support, maintain and optimize lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and audience segmentation • Build and maintain targeted campaign lists and audience segments based on Helios’ ICP, using tools such as HubSpot and Apollo • Manage marketing contact volumes, list logic and segmentation to optimize usage to prevent overages • Ensure HubSpot CRM data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene through audits and enrichment • Support account assignments, ownership updates, and seller alignment by keeping records accurate and current • Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting to improve go-to-market efficiency • Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify patterns, surface insights faster, and proactively recommend revenue opportunities and risks • Analyze pipeline, customer, campaign and lifecycle data to identify trends and practical growth opportunities • Deliver insights on pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue performance • Build and maintain dashboards covering pipeline, conversion rates, campaign performance, and key KPIs • Support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies using CRM and customer data • Provide account insights and opportunity analysis to support revenue growth

• Translate business goals into seamless, scalable Workday integrations that deliver impact • Lead client-facing design and advisory sessions, aligning business needs and technical solutions • Own client relationships for integration workstreams, balancing advisory leadership with hands-on technical solution delivery • Build and manage Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Orchestrate and EIBs • Ensure seamless deployment by executing comprehensive testing and validation processes • Provide expert guidance on integration best practices, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending solutions that optimize performance and long-term scalability • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation and integration design specifications • Tackle complex integration challenges with confidence, creativity, resourcefulness, and a solution-oriented mindset • Share knowledge and elevate team capabilities by mentoring consultants and supporting skill development across the team • Serve as a trusted partner—within Helios and our clients—focused on outcomes over outputs
• Source, qualify, and advance net-new opportunities building pipeline and closing new consulting services deals. • Develop account strategies and opportunity plans that align with Helios’ strengths and customer needs in target accounts / industries. • Cultivate trusted partnerships with Workday Account Executives and partner teams to generate co-sell pipeline and position Helios as the partner of choice. • Execute outbound prospecting through direct outreach, creative account entry, networking, and ecosystem relationships. • Proactively manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through proposal development and contract execution. • Collaborate closely with delivery leaders to ensure proposed solutions are viable, compelling, and executable. • Work cross-functionally with the Growth / Partner Marketing, Workday Architects, and Consulting Leaders to identify high-potential customers, shape winning opportunities, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. • Represent Helios at Workday and customer events, executing targeted account strategies to drive engagement and generate qualified opportunities. • Effectively manage all sales opportunities, accounts, and activities, ensuring visibility, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene. • Be a voice for the customer, bringing insights back into the business to inform our offerings, messaging, and investments.
• Lead enhancement and delivery of a Workday-focused talent development program managing timelines, cohorts, resources, and deliverables • Effectively deliver curriculum, learning pathways, and milestones aligned to Workday analyst competencies and career readiness • Ensure a high-quality, consistent experience for all participants from onboarding through career launch • Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and course-correct to ensure participant and program success • Measure success with key metrics and outcomes for participants, instructors, and the overall program • Collaborate with internal leaders, Workday practitioners, instructors, and external partners to align program content with real-world needs • Lead and support participants throughout the program, including client placement; foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement while holding high standards for demonstrated competence • Create feedback loops, coaching moments, and development plans that accelerate readiness, confidence, and performance • Maintain strong connection and engagement with participants/placed Associates to coach, mentor, and support long-term success
