- Lead a team that will apply advanced consulting and planning or extensive technical expertise in resolving high-visibility client initiatives. - Gather, compile, and analyst source data to provide information for data driven decisions by utilizing ServiceNow and SharePoint. - Work with program leadership to develop metrics, analysis and have daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders. - Guide junior team members and ensure projects stay on task and schedule. - Create the tools necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. - Impact the client organization by contributing to program strategy and helping to improve delivery and measure program impact. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, math or engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience with project coordination, business process mapping, organizational design, and strategy.
- Experience leading small teams delivering data analysis and technical recommendations to client leadership.
- Experience creating reports/dashboards in SharePoint.
- Data SME with experience collecting and deriving meaningful conclusions/insights from large existing information data sets, implementing business processes, ability to parse large sets of data into executive reports.
- Experienced Data SME with ability to translate requirements into useful data insights from an existing large pool of data.
- Experience in the management consulting field, including strategy and change management, providing support to organizational leaders and stakeholders.
- Represent/assist the team with flowcharting group sessions and work with leadership with short deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel with knowledge of pivot Charts and Excel Reporting capabilities.
- Excellent oral/written communication and the ability to multitask, adapt in a rapidly changing environment and work independently and in a team environment.
